Business Development Executive

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, lead generation, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.

• Prepare and deliver business presentations and proposals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain client database and sales reports.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Experience: 1–3 years in Business Development / Sales (IT or Services industry preferred).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong sales-driven and target-oriented mindset.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and lead management.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
