Responsible for acquiring new customers for education loans, meeting sales targets for loans in India and abroad.
Engage with students and parents, clarify loan offerings, assist in process explanation, and support client visits
.Generate leads and referrals by coordinating with channel partners and conducting seminars/webinars.
Deliver quality customer service, ensure documentation compliance in coordination with cross-functional teams, and facilitate loan disbursement.
Cross-sell allied financial products such as foreign exchange and insurance while maintaining strong negotiation and communication skills.
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation a degree in marketing, business, or any graduate is preferred
.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in financial services or education loans, is advantageous or fresher also considered with sales agression required.
.Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.Target Orientation: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
