About the Role

CodeSapient Technologies LLP is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation through global freelancing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new clients through Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour (PPH), Guru, and other online platforms
• Analyze client requirements and prepare customized proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
• Communicate effectively with international clients via email, chat, and calls
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure clear project understanding
• Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and client interactions
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients
• Meet and exceed assigned business development targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree (B.Tech / BCA / BBA / MBA / MCA / any relevant stream)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on or basic knowledge of freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, Guru)
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Experience

• Freshers are welcome
• Internship/ Training experience in IT business development is an advantage
