Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Team Leader – Telesales at AGRIM. The primary responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of telesales representatives, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing necessary training to team members. The role will also require developing call scripts, managing customer relationships, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will play a key role in achieving team sales goals, identifying process improvements, and ensuring effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
