Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Team Leader – Telesales at AGRIM. The primary responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of telesales representatives, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing necessary training to team members. The role will also require developing call scripts, managing customer relationships, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will play a key role in achieving team sales goals, identifying process improvements, and ensuring effective communication between team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with prior experience leading customer-facing teams
  • Proficiency in telesales, sales planning, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate team members
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and basic proficiency in relevant technologies
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to handle objections, and experience improving telesales processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
  • Experience or understanding of the agricultural industry is a strong advantage
