We are seeking a talented and Team player HR Executive with up to 1 year of experience to join our team at Protocloud Technologies. As an HR Executive, your Responsibilities will be included in hiring, employee management, payroll management, staff inquiries, employee eengagement activity, and so on.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing resumes and application
Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, Incentives, health and medical insurance
Managing workplace safety issues
Communicating and explaining the organization s HR policies to the employee
Preparation of Payroll
Administration of all Employee and company docs
Conducting various games & celebration activities, engagement activities, employee recognition acts
Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have
Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in any field. Preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
Sound knowledge of employment/labor laws.
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
Basic computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Talent acquisition skills, including familiarity with recruitment platforms and tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proactive and self-motivated.
Good team-player and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
