Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update HR databases, trackers, and reports.
Use Google Sheets and Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
Support HR analytics and generate actionable insights from data.
Help in documentation, employee record-keeping, and compliance tasks.
Collaborate with team members on HR initiatives and projects

Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, etc.).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
