We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Telecaller responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, explaining financial services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments. The role involves maintaining accurate call records and supporting the Relationship Manager (RM) in daily coordination activities.
Make outbound calls to prospects and existing clients to introduce services.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the Relationship Manager (RM).
Provide daily updates regarding calls, client interactions, and scheduled visits.
Follow up regularly with clients and maintain continuous communication.
Assist in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Maintain records of calls, lead status, and client feedback in the system.
Support the RM and team in day-to-day coordination tasks.
Ensure professionalism, clarity, and courtesy in all client interactions.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Good telephone etiquette and confidence in client interaction.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entries, call logs).
Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups efficiently.
Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
6 Days Working (2nd Saturday Off)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
