Sales & Business Manager

We are seeking a Sales & Business Manager who will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new clients, and managing business relationships. The candidate should have a passion for IT/software sales and must be result-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Prepare proposals, business plans, and presentations.

• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams for project delivery.

• Minimum 6 months experience in sales/business development.

• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.

• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Knowledge of IT/software industry preferred.

• Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
