About Aerolam – We have 4 plants in Bhayla (Ahmedabad), 1 (Bhiwadi, Rajasthan), 1 (Hosur), 1 (Bahrain)


Job Description:

  1. Develop and manage sales in the assigned territory for material handling and packaging products such as Pallets, crates, corrugated boxes, folding cartons.
  2. Identify and develop new business opportunities with logistics companies, warehouses, automotive OEMs, FMCG, and manufacturing industries.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
  4. Handle end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and order closure.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, production planning, and timely delivery.
  6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  7. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned region.

Requirements:

  1. 3–7 years of experience in sales of corrugated boxes, folding cartons, packaging materials, pallets, crates, or material handling products.
  2. Experience handling B2B clients in manufacturing, logistics, and automotive.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  4. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Note – As candidate need to travel across Karnataka, prefer candidate age <45, with no recent employment gaps more than 3 month.
