Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct meetings with schools, colleges, coaching
institutes, and education departments
• Present and demonstrate company’s Education / EdTech / IT
products
• Generate new leads through field visits, references, cold
calling, and networking
• Build relationships with decision-makers (Principals,
Directors, Admin Heads)
• Manage sales pipeline and regular follow-ups
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable
solutions
• Update daily sales activities in CRM / reporting
tools
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Support client onboarding and post-sales coordination
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (Education / EdTech
/ IT preferred)
• Graduate in any stream
• Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English
preferred)
• Willingness to travel for field sales
• Good negotiation and closing skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, CRM)
• Self-motivated and target-driven
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in the education sector
• Existing school / college network
• Product demo and presentation skills
• Pan-India sales exposure
Salary & Benefits:
