• Generate B2B leads from international markets (US, UK, Australia, etc.)
• Build and manage targeted email databases
• Write engaging and conversion-focused email content
• Handle email automation and follow-up sequences
• Monitor campaign performance and improve open/reply rates
• Manage email deliverability and avoid spam issues
• Coordinate with the sales and business development team
• Research potential clients and industries for outreach

Required Skills

• Experience with cold email marketing and lead generation
• Knowledge of tools like Apollo, Instantly, Mailchimp, Lemlist, HubSpot, etc.
• Understanding of email deliverability, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
• Good communication and content writing skills
• Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach is a plus
• Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics
