Job Description:

Responsible for managing In-House staffing needs and fulfillment plan, proactively work with the Hiring Managers to identify talent need and attract good talents.

Handling post recruitment activities like issuing offer letter, reference checking, responsible for Induction, Orientation of New Joiners.

Involve in employee engagement activities like birthday, anniversary celebrations etc.

Desired Skills:

Should be an expert in Manpower Planning, Strong hands-on job portals, Employee Engagement.

Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Ability to think on their feet , work under pressure and comfortable with ambiguity.

Should have sound knowledge in HR, Business Awareness and Business Ethics.

Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office.
