Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and client-oriented CRM to serve as the key link between our clients and production team. The role involves managing client communication, coordinating production requirements, organizing client meetings, and ensuring a seamless customer experience — both online and in person.

Key Responsibilities

 Handle client queries and communication through WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.

 Act as a bridge between clients and the production team, ensuring accurate understanding and timely delivery of client requirements.

 Provide detailed product knowledge and guidance on Temple Jewellery designs and collections.

 Conduct online meetings and in-office presentations, displaying jewellery collections and assisting clients with product selection.

 Coordinate with the Production and Design Departments to follow up on orders, timelines, and client-specific requirements.

 Ensure warm client hospitality during office visits — greeting clients, arranging meetings, refreshments, and providing personalized attention.

 Manage client travel and stay arrangements for visits .

 Represent the company at jewellery exhibitions and events, assisting with client engagement and sales coordination.

 Maintain and update client databases using Tiara software, Excel, and Google Sheets.

 Track and analyze client communication, orders, and follow-ups for reporting and performance tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications

 Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Jewellery Design, or a related field.

 2–3 years of experience in a similar CRM or Client Servicing role, preferably in the jewellery, fashion, or luxury industry.

 Strong knowledge of Temple Jewellery and current design trends.

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

 Proficiency in Tiara software, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

 Well-versed in email and WhatsApp communication etiquette.

 Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

 Willingness to travel across India for exhibitions and client meetings.

 Commitment to building and maintaining strong client relationships.
