Job Description

Role : CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES (10 POSITIONS) - INBOUND /OUTBOUND / Chat Process / Social Media Executive



Good to have :


English is a must 

&

Any one (South Indian) Language (either Telugu or Tamil or Kannada) 


Salary ?

Often around ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (varies by posting and experience level).

Location: On-site Bengaluru (Arekere)

Employment type: Full-time & Permanent

Job Type?

Office Job -Monday to Saturday (shift timings)

5:30 AM to 3PM

or

1:00PM to 10 PM ( no cab facility)

Free breakfast + Lunch + Dinner 

Joining Time ? 

As early as possible /Prefer immediately

Primary Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Executive at our org- your main duties typically include:


Handling customer interactions: 

Answering customer queries and concerns through phone calls, emails, or in-person communication. 

Resolving issues: 

Helping customers with complaints, delivery questions, product information, refunds, or other service-related problems. 

Maintaining service quality: 

Ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses that enhance customer satisfaction. 

Updating records:

 Logging customer calls and responses in company systems to track issues and solutions. 

Coordinating internally: 

Working with other teams (like sales, delivery, logistics) to resolve complex queries and improve customer experience

Communication:

 Good verbal and written communication skills, often in English. Knowledge of local languages is a plus

Customer support mindset :

 Strong focus on helping customers and solving problems professionally

Experience: 

Many listings are open to freshers or candidates with little to no prior experience in customer service.
