Key Responsibilities:
• Handle client communication and email correspondence
• Process customer orders and coordinate procurement activities
• Manage vendor relationships and follow up on deliveries
• Track orders and ensure timely execution
• Resolve customer queries and operational issues
• Maintain order, procurement, and vendor records
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Procurement, Customer Coordination, or related roles
• Strong communication skills in English and Kannada
• Good coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
