Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Client Support Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to build their career in client handling and support within a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional support to clients via calls, emails, and chat.
• Understand client requirements and assist with product or service-related queries.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and ensure quick resolution or proper escalation.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address client concerns effectively.

Requirements

• Fresher graduates (Any stream – IT/Non-IT welcome).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office tools.
• Good problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
