Position: CRM Executive
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive CRM Executive to manage customer relationships from enquiry to final delivery. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer relationships from initial enquiry to final delivery.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Purchase, Production, Stores, and Accounts teams.
• Track customer orders and ensure timely execution.
• Follow up on payments and collections.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and communication history.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding order status.
• Prepare customer reports and maintain documentation.
Required Profile & Skills:
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in CRM, Customer Service, or Client Coordination.
• Excellent customer handling, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
