💼 Experience: 2–5 Years (Talent Acquisition / Recruitment)

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

🕒 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

📅 Week Off: 1st & 3rd Saturday Off + All Sundays

⏳ Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

🎯 Job Role: Sr. Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles across Domestic & International hiring.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management

Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn & other platforms

Screening & shortlisting resumes as per job requirements

Conducting initial HR interviews & coordinating technical rounds

Handling domestic & international hiring

Managing offer roll-out & salary negotiation

Coordinating onboarding & documentation process

Vendor coordination for manpower requirements

Maintaining recruitment MIS & reports

Building talent pipeline for bulk & urgent hiring

🔧 Required Skills:

✔ Strong English Communication Skills (Written & Verbal – Mandatory)

✔ Experience in IT & Non-IT Hiring

✔ Hands-on experience with job portals & LinkedIn sourcing

✔ Good coordination & stakeholder management skills

✔ Knowledge of onboarding documentation process

✔ Ability to work in target-driven environment

✔ Presentable personality

🎓 Eligibility:

Graduation / MBA (HR Preferred)

2–5 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience

Experience in international recruitment will be an added advantage
