HR Recruiter Executive

We are a growing SaaS company looking for a driven HR Executive to assist with recruitment activities for both local and global hiring. This position provides the opportunity to work in an innovative and fast-moving technology environment.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Strong written English skills are required, as regular communication with native English speakers will be part of the role.

Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to actively support different HR and recruitment processes.

Solid understanding of basic mathematics and an interest in learning data-driven forecasting and manpower planning techniques.

Curiosity and enthusiasm for applying data analytics within HR functions.

Availability to work evening or night shifts when necessary to support international recruitment schedules.
