🎯 Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Recruitment Consultant who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, client coordination, and candidate management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for hiring, and the ability to manage multiple positions efficiently.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to joining)
• Understand client requirements and job descriptions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients
• Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Achieve monthly hiring targets

📌 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA / MBA HR preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers can apply)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of job portals and MS Office
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
