Human Resource Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive with prior exposure to manufacturing environment. The candidate will support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for shopfloor, technical, and corporate roles
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage offer & joining formalities

2. HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and documentation
• Manage onboarding and induction processes
• Handle attendance, leave, and shift records

3. Payroll & Compliance Support

• Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts / payroll team
• Support statutory compliance: PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
• Assist in audits and statutory inspections

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Address employee queries and grievances
• Support engagement activities and communication initiatives
• Promote positive work culture on shopfloor and office

5. Policy & Process Implementation

• Assist in implementing HR policies and SOPs
• Support performance appraisal and confirmation processes
