We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling outbound/inbound calls, engaging with customers, providing information about products/services, and generating leads. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve targets.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers.
Handle inbound queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Explain products/services to customers in a clear and professional manner.
Maintain customer database and update records regularly.
Follow up with leads to convert them into customers.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Work closely with the sales/marketing team to support business growth.
