Job Summary:

We are hiring passionate and motivated HR Recruiters (both freshers and experienced) to join our consultancy firm. The candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment processes — from understanding client requirements to sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various job roles across different industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client hiring needs and prepare job descriptions accordingly.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media.

• Conduct telephonic and initial screening interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients.

• Maintain and update candidate databases regularly.

• Follow up with candidates and clients during the selection process.

• Achieve monthly hiring and placement targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
