🔍 About the Internship Join Young Decade’s dynamic HR team and gain real-world exposure to HR operations through this 3-month internship program. You’ll be involved in employee engagement, employer branding, outreach activities, and campaign coordination.  Exceptional performers may receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for full-time roles. 

📌 Key Responsibilities – HR Intern

● Business Outreach: Connect with IT firms in metro cities to explore staffing opportunities via calls and professional emails

● Employee Engagement: Plan and execute weekly engagement activities (every Saturday) to foster a vibrant company culture

● Social Media Branding: Promote Young Decade’s employer brand on LinkedIn and Instagram

● Review Campaigns: Help collect 50+ Google reviews monthly through team collaboration and outreach

● Team Collaboration: Coordinate with fellow interns to improve engagement strategies and campaign results

✅ Who Can Apply?

● Final-year students or recent graduates (any stream)

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media branding

● Highly organized and proactive mindset

● Strong interest in human resources and people management

● Basic HR knowledge is a plus (not mandatory)

🕒 Work Schedule & Details

● Office Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
 ● Lunch Break: 1:15 PM – 2:00 PM
 ● Total Working Hours: 8 hrs 15 mins/day (excluding lunch)
 ● Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday
