This internship is ideal for freshers or recent graduates who are eager to learn professional communication, sourcing, screening, and recruitment workflows within the US staffing industry.

We are not looking for someone who simply wants to complete an internship. We are looking for individuals who genuinely want to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in recruitment and business services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and databases
• Screen resumes based on job requirements
• Learn and understand US staffing processes and recruitment workflows
• Coordinate with candidates for initial communication and follow-ups
• Conduct candidate research and profile analysis
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Support recruiters in submission and hiring processes
• Learn technical recruitment terms such as:
• W2
• C2C
• 1099
• US time zones
• Basic recruitment workflows
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Freshers and recent graduates can apply
• Basic understanding of US recruitment or staffing concepts preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn and job portals
• Strong willingness to learn and grow
• Positive attitude and professional approach
