📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Work from Office (Monday to Saturday)
⏳ 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 3–6 Months
💰 𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱: ₹0 – ₹7,000/month (based on interview performance)

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR & Recruitment Intern to support end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
🔑 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Post job openings across platforms
• Support employee engagement and HR activities
• Assist in onboarding coordination
🎯 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮
• Any pass-outs pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and LinkedIn
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
