Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posts, screening, interviews, and offers
Handle onboarding and orientation for new team members
Maintain employee records, contracts, and payroll coordination
Oversee performance review cycles and feedback processes
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling
Build and maintain a positive workplace culture and team engagement
