We are
seeking an experienced and proactive Security Manager to lead GSOC and
corporate security operations across multiple facilities. The role will oversee
security monitoring, CCTV and security technology, incident management,
security teams, risk mitigation and SOP compliance. The ideal candidate should
have strong operational leadership, sound security judgement and experience
working with technology-enabled security operations and multiple stakeholders.
• Manage GSOC activities and ensure effective 24/7 security monitoring
and operational coverage.
• Coordinate with global security stakeholders for incident reporting,
escalation and resolution.
• Oversee security operations across multiple locations through remote
monitoring and virtual security platforms.
• Ensure timely response to security incidents, emergencies and
operational risks.
• Lead and supervise security officers, GSOC operators and technical
support personnel.
• Manage manpower planning, shifts, deployment and operational
coverage.
• Conduct regular briefings, training and performance reviews.
• Build a disciplined, service-oriented and high-performance security
team.
• Oversee CCTV surveillance and security monitoring operations.
• Manage CCTV operations and ensure effective monitoring of critical
areas.
• Coordinate troubleshooting of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, access
control and related security infrastructure.
• Coordinate with technical teams and vendors for preventive
maintenance, upgrades and issue resolution.
• Monitor security risks and analyse incident trends to identify areas
for improvement.
• Develop preventive and corrective action plans to strengthen
security controls.
• Support crisis management and emergency response activities.
• Ensure incidents are properly investigated, documented and
escalated.
• Prepare and maintain security MIS, dashboards, incident reports and
operational records.
• Track security KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management
and global stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, SOPs and operational
standards.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve security SOPs and
operational guidelines.
• Work closely with internal departments, external agencies, vendors
and global security teams.
• Drive security improvement initiatives and ensure timely closure of
identified gaps.
