Role Overview

The Copywriter Team Lead at Bestow is responsible for developing compelling, strategic, and insight-driven content across multiple platforms. This role goes beyond writing—it involves understanding brand psychology, consumer behavior, and market trends to craft communication that drives engagement, brand recall, and business impact.

The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker, storyteller, and strategic communicator capable of transforming complex ideas into powerful brand narratives.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Conceptual Writing

• Develop creative campaign ideas, taglines, and brand narratives for various industries.
• Write impactful copy for advertising campaigns, social media, digital ads, websites, brochures, and brand films.
• Translate strategic insights into engaging and persuasive brand communication.
• Collaborate with designers and strategists to build strong creative concepts.

Brand Communication

• Maintain consistency in tone of voice, messaging, and brand personality.
• Craft compelling brand stories, positioning statements, and brand guidelines.
• Develop thought leadership content, blogs, and marketing narratives.

Campaign & Content Strategy

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign development.
• Create copy for integrated campaigns across digital, print, and video platforms.
• Support marketing strategies with high-conversion copywriting.

Research & Insights

• Conduct basic market, competitor, and audience research to strengthen messaging.
• Use insights from Bestow AIR (Analysis, Insights & Research) to create effective communication.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with creative directors, designers, strategists, and client servicing teams.
• Guide junior copywriters and help maintain high creative standards.
