Subway Kolkata is hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to manage daily operations, lead the restaurant team, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service and food quality.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily restaurant operations and staff.

* Lead, train, and motivate the team.

* Achieve sales and business targets.

* Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

* Manage inventory, wastage, and operational costs.

* Handle customer concerns professionally.

* Ensure compliance with company SOPs.

Requirements

* 2+ years of QSR / Restaurant experience.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Good communication and customer service skills.

* Knowledge of restaurant operations and inventory management.
