We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager/Executive with 2–5+ years of cold calling and closing experience, especially in night shift sales roles targeting US clients.
The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, understands marketing funnels, and thrives in high-performance environments.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Close high-value deals and lead client negotiations
Handle inbound & outbound sales (primarily US clients)
Pitch marketing services including Social Media, Digital Marketing & Sales Funnels
Build strong relationships with authors and industry professionals
Create tailored growth strategies based on client needs
Consistently achieve & exceed monthly sales targets
✅ Requirements
Fluent English with excellent communication skills
Proven experience in cold calling & deal closing
Prior experience in sales & night shift roles (Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of digital marketing & sales funnels
Self-motivated with strong negotiation abilities
Own laptop, stable internet & basic peripherals
