We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager/Executive with 2–5+ years of cold calling and closing experience, especially in night shift sales roles targeting US clients.

The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, understands marketing funnels, and thrives in high-performance environments.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Close high-value deals and lead client negotiations

  • Handle inbound & outbound sales (primarily US clients)

  • Pitch marketing services including Social Media, Digital Marketing & Sales Funnels

  • Build strong relationships with authors and industry professionals

  • Create tailored growth strategies based on client needs

  • Consistently achieve & exceed monthly sales targets

✅ Requirements

  • Fluent English with excellent communication skills

  • Proven experience in cold calling & deal closing

  • Prior experience in sales & night shift roles (Mandatory)

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing & sales funnels

  • Self-motivated with strong negotiation abilities

  • Own laptop, stable internet & basic peripherals
    (Refundable equipment option available)
