Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Process Coordinator to support administrative operations by ensuring guidelines and processes are implemented within defined timelines. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure implementation of administrative guidelines within given timelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams to track progress of assigned tasks
  • Monitor daily activities and ensure adherence to processes
  • Maintain documentation and records accurately
  • Identify delays or issues and report to the GM 
  • Track progress of ongoing processes and update status reports
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
  • 0–1 year of experience (fresher with good communication and interpersonal skills)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

Key Requirements

  • Candidate must be a local resident of Mohali 
  • Ability to commit to full-time work and meet deadlines consistently
  • Stable availability for long-term engagement
