Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitors to better assist customers.
Communication Skills:
Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and internal teams.
Clearly articulate solutions and instructions to customers.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve overall customer experience.
Provide feedback to the team and contribute to ongoing process improvement.
Documentation:
Document and maintain customer records with accurate information.
Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support resources.
Customer Feedback:
