Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.

  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain records of interactions and update internal systems.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental targets.

  • Learn and grow in a fast-paced BPO environment.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 month to 2 year of experience in Customer Care Executive (voice process) .

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.

  • Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
