Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and ensure high satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide effective solutions.

  • Uphold company policies and maintain customer confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a voice process / customer service role.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Professional, patient, and empathetic attitude.

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
