Telecalling Executive
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
