Role & responsibilities

Recruitment: Hire new employees, manage the hiring process, and onboard new joiners
Employee management: Ensure employee compliance with company policies, manage employee grievances, and organize exit interviews
Performance management: Evaluate and monitor employee performance, and develop programs to improve performance
Strategic planning: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
