Talent Acquisition Executive (HR)

Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate roles

•             Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and internal databases

•             Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers

•             Schedule interviews and ensure smooth candidate communication

•             Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities

•             Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS

•             Support employer branding and campus/drive hiring when required

Requirements

•             Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)

•             1–4 years of experience in recruitment (manufacturing experience preferred)

•             Hands-on experience with job portals and interview coordination

•             Good communication and stakeholder management skills

•             Organized, proactive, and target-oriented
