Customer Care Representative

•Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails related to Samsung products (mobiles, appliances, etc.)

•Provide accurate information about products, offers, and services

•Assist customers in placing orders or navigating through the online purchase process

•Resolve issues related to delivery, warranty, returns, or technical support

•Follow-up with customers for post-sale service and feedback

•Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
 

Graduate (any stream)

•Fresher or 6 months+ experience in a customer support/sales process preferred

•Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English

•Strong listening and problem-solving skills

•Familiarity with smartphones and consumer electronics is a plus

•Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tool
