Brand representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Brand Representatives to join our team. As a fresher, you will be trained to represent our brand over phone calls, talk to customers or partners, and share information about our services or events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make and attend phone calls to promote our brand and services.
• Explain our offerings clearly and confidently to potential clients.
• Build good communication with callers and provide basic support.
• Maintain call records and share updates
• Represent the brand in a polite and professional way during every interaction.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language)
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Ability to speak clearly and confidently on calls
• Basic knowledge of using a smartphone or computer

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (any stream)
• No previous experience needed—freshers are welcome
• Training will be provided
