Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers and provide basic information about company services.

- Handle customer queries through calls and online communication.

- Guide customers through the Demat Account Opening process.

- Help customers understand the account-opening procedure and required documentation.

- Maintain professional communication with customers.

- Follow the company's process and guidelines.

Eligibility:

- Minimum 10th Pass.

- Good communication skills in Hindi.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones and the internet.
