Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-oriented Customer Service Representatives (Tele Sales) for our Star Health Insurance – Sales Process. The role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone, explaining various health insurance plans, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell health insurance policies under the Star Health Insurance portfolio.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans.
Clearly explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and terms & conditions.
Handle queries, objections, and concerns effectively to close the sale.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as set by the team leader or manager.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a high conversion and satisfaction rate.
Requirements:
Language: Must be fluent in Malayalam (spoken & understanding).
Experience: Freshers and candidates with tele sales/customer service experience are welcome.
Good communication and persuasion skills.
Positive attitude, confidence, and the ability to work in a sales-targeted environment.
Basic computer knowledge for handling CRM tools and data entry.
