We are looking for a Plant HR Officer / Executive to manage HR operations, workforce administration, and compliance at our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, vendor coordination, and general administration while ensuring a smooth HR function at the plant level.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Workforce & Shift Management
Plan and manage shift schedules and workforce allocation.
Monitor attendance, overtime, and productivity for smooth operations.
Maintain real-time attendance tracking and ensure accurate payroll inputs.
2. Leave & Payroll Management
Process leave requests and track absenteeism.
Ensure timely payroll inputs and salary processing in coordination with finance.
Manage wages, overtime calculation, and deductions as per labor laws.
3. Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws
Ensure compliance with Factory Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity, and Bonus Act.
Maintain all required statutory records, registers, and reports.
Conduct internal compliance audits and support government inspections.
4. Contractual Manpower & Vendor Management
Liaise with manpower contractors and vendors for workforce requirements.
Ensure contractual compliance, including documentation and legal formalities.
Monitor outsourced workforce performance and attendance.
5. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling
Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues proactively.
Conduct engagement activities, training programs, and welfare initiatives.
Implement HR policies and ensure a positive work culture.
6. HR MIS & Reports
Prepare and maintain HR dashboards & reports, including:
Manpower & Attrition Reports
Attendance & Leave Reports
Payroll & Compliance Reports
Training & Performance Reports
7. General Administration & Facility Management
Oversee plant security, housekeeping, transport, and canteen management.
Manage visitor handling, safety compliance, and plant infrastructure.
Ensure a well-maintained and productive work environment.
