Job Description

This section tells candidates what they are expected to do daily:

• The agent shall follow the script and talk about the intent of the call and benefits of

product/services.

• If the customer connects us to the concern person, the agent again explains the

product/service to the concerned person.

• Once the customer expresses interest to Product/service, the Agent first tries to guide

through the registration/sales process over the call. If the customer asks for an email, then an

email is sent to the Email ID Confirmed by the customer. The Agent will follow up with the

customers to ensure that the registration/sign up/product purchase is completed.

• The Agent will maintain the list of responses and follow up dates in the provided template

and share to the client time-to-time.

• Making outbound calls & reaching designated contacts: Candidates understand they will

actively contact potential clients and not just handle incoming queries.

• Following approved scripts: Ensures professional communication and consistent messaging

about the company’s product/services.

• Re-explaining to the concerned person: If a call is transferred to a decision-maker, the BDE

must pitch effectively, showing persistence and professionalism.

• Guiding customers through registration/purchase: Highlights that the role is not just calling;

it involves closing leads and helping customers complete transactions.

• Sending emails and following up: Shows the importance of using multiple channels (calls +

email) and maintaining good follow-up practices.

• Maintaining accurate records: Emphasizes organization and reporting, which is critical for

tracking leads and performance.

• RNR handling: Defines rules for efficiency, ensuring agents are not repeatedly calling

unreachable contacts.

• This section makes the expectations very clear, so the candidate knows exactly what the job

involves.
