Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller with minimum 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in telecalling or telesales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a persuasive approach to convert leads into potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
  • Explain products/services and generate interest among prospects
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries through phone calls, messages, or emails
  • Maintain a daily record of calls and customer interactions
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation or sales
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Coordinate with sales or support teams for smooth lead conversion

Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or telesales experience
    • Strong communication skills in Hindi
    • Ability to handle rejection and remain confident
    • Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel
    • Good listening and convincing skills
    • Goal-oriented and self-motivated

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in telecalling
    • Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems
