RECRUITMENT AND TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

Hi-Tek syndicate is one of the largest collection agencies with its head quarter in New Delhi.We are into banking and NBFC collections and banking Verifications.

We are looking for a HR Executive who can help us in organisation's recruitment and hiring process.

Roles and responsibilities:

1)Recognizing the manpower needs and working towards closure of the same.

2)Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms.

3)Assisting the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates.

4)Managing and handling the orientation of new employees.

5)Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department.

Preferred candidate profile:

1)Must have proven experience working as an HR executive or its equivalent.

2)Experienced with recruiting and its full cycle.

3)Having leadership qualities and abilities.

4)Strong communication skills.

5)Good knowledge of working on excel will be an added advantage for this profile.
