● Lead Management: Connect with leads via calls, understand their requirements for home tutoring, and provide tailored solutions.
● Customer Support: Support parents throughout the process—tutor selection, scheduling demo classes, and ensuring smooth communication between parents and tutors.
● Communication: Maintain clear, positive, and effective communication with parents; address queries and resolve issues promptly.
● Feedback Collection: Follow up with parents after tutor placement to gather feedback on tutor performance and their overall experience.
