Role Overview
We are looking for a Female Telecaller / Business Development Executive who will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, generating leads, and scheduling meetings/demos with the sales team.
This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build trust with prospective clients over the phone.


Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients (B2B).
Explain company services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, CRM, ERP, POS, AI Solutions).
Generate leads and schedule appointments/demos for the sales team.
Maintain follow-ups with prospective clients to ensure conversion.
Record and update client information in CRM/Excel.
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead generation activities.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (any regional language is a plus).
Confidence in talking to business owners and decision-makers.
Basic knowledge of IT/software services (training will be provided).
Ability to handle objections and build client relationships.
Proficiency in using Google Sheets / CRM tools.

Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
0–2 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales / BPO (Freshers welcome with good communication skills).
