💼 Job Title: Sales Executive – General Insurance (Telesales / Outbound Sales)
📍 Location: Navi Mumbai
🕓 Experience: Minimum 6 months in telesales / insurance sales preferred
🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate(with relevant experience)
💰 Salary: Upto 3.50 LPA + Attractive Incentives
📅 Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office)
Job Responsibilities:
⦁ Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell general insurance products (Health, Motor, etc.).
⦁ Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and confidently.
⦁ Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as assigned by the team leader.
⦁ Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
⦁ Ensure proper documentation and maintain customer records in CRM.
⦁ Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively.
Skills Required:
⦁ Good communication and convincing skills.
⦁ Confidence to handle outbound calls and achieve targets.
⦁ Basic knowledge of general insurance products will be an added advantage.
⦁ Result-oriented and self-motivated.
