We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team
You will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various human resources functions within the organization
You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events
You will be involved in developing and implementing Recruitment strategies, and programs to attract, retain, and develop the best talent while collaborating with the HR team, department heads, and hiring managers to align HR strategies with the company s overall goals
You will be a driving force behind the development of career paths and growth opportunities, promoting a culture that encourages employees to reach their full potential within the company
Your strategic vision, exceptional interpersonal skills, and expertise in recruitment and talent management will be instrumental in building and maintaining a strong, cohesive, and high-performing workforce
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field a master s degree is a plus.
Proven work experience as an HR Executive/Recruiter or similar role
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective strategies to attract the best talent in the industry.
Analyze workforce trends, talent needs, and skill gaps to create effective workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
Handle the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool.
Implement effective sourcing strategies along with sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.) while maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals, educational institutions.
Conduct interviews for different profiles and participate in the final selection process.
Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company s reputation as an employer of choice.
Perform reference checks and negotiate job offers with potential hires.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate with hiring managers to onboard new employees and support their integration into the company culture.
Key Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
Solid understanding of talent acquisition and hands on experience with recruiting and sourcing candidates.
Excellent knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive HR strategies and decision-making.
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities along with making effective decisions.
High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Level headed attitude with attention to detail.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn different processes and procedures related to the profile.
